Data sits in the Netherlands. We provide a data processing agreement with a transparent subprocessor register, so every party's role is written down.

Is our data used to train models?

No. We put that in writing in the data processing agreement.

Do you help with the DPIA and procurement?

Yes. We provide a DPIA starter pack, the technical documentation and support during procurement and approval.

What happens to our data if we stop?

The institution exports all data and we delete what sits with us, with written confirmation. There is no lock-in.

Is there a usage limit for students?

We agree capacity per user group up front and put it in the contract, instead of a fair use policy that can tighten mid-year.

Which models run and can we choose them?

The institution decides centrally which models are available and for which groups. We walk through the current list during the fit call.

How quickly can we go live?

A working environment is usually ready within two weeks. The full path from first call to decision takes eight weeks.

What does it cost at 250, 600 or 2,000 employees?

That depends on the capacity and hosting model you need. We work it out during the fit call, including a comparison with per-user licensing.

How does ISO 27001 apply here?
