School tests in Manitoba
Manitoba has no written provincial test in elementary school. Instead, teachers assess every child in grade 3 in reading and numeracy, and in grade 7 math and grade 8 reading and writing, using provincial criteria. French immersion students are also assessed in French reading in grade 4. The results help teachers plan and are shared with you.
