Its. No apostrophe for belonging. It's only ever means 'it is'.

Believe or beleive?

Believe. For the 'ee' sound, i comes before e (believe, achieve), except after c (receive, ceiling). Learn the exceptions by heart: seize, weird, protein. Words with a different sound, such as eight, their and science, do not follow the rule.
