And what is BrainBite?

BrainBite is a learning platform for children ages 6+, built in the Netherlands. Every lesson is short and adapts while your child works: level and pace change question by question. AI mentor Professor BB and mentors from history, such as Cleopatra and Marie Curie, explain, ask questions and give a hint when your child gets stuck.

For children who need more calm, there is Everyone Mode: a calmer screen, a slower pace, read-aloud and brain breaks. Parents follow progress in the parent dashboard and get a short email every week.

For: Ages 6–16 inclusive
Subjects: English, Dutch, maths, science, world orientation, economics, history and geography

Help that talks back

With BrainBite your child can ask the lesson a question. Professor BB gives a hint the moment your child gets stuck, in plain words and without judgement. Still not clear? A different explanation follows. Your child learns the why, not just the answer.

Listening instead of reading

Young children don't always read fluently yet. BrainBite reads texts and questions aloud. Hard words are explained right away and saved to a personal dictionary.

Calm for children who get distracted

Everyone Mode lets you slow the pace, read words aloud, reduce on-screen noise and add brain breaks. You switch it on, and your child gets no label.
