What you will do
- Set and guide the growth strategy
- Lead acquisition campaigns for parents and carers
- Improve measurement and campaign decisions
- Work with product and content on pages and offers
- Develop a balanced mix of growth channels
What we are looking for
- Several years of hands-on growth marketing experience
- Experience managing meaningful campaign budgets
- Professional Dutch and strong English
- Based in the Netherlands with the right to work here
- Clear leadership and communication skills
